Born in Victoria, his family relocated to the Gold Coast when he was 15. Attending Marymount College in Burleigh, Shane was elected by his peers and rewarded with the School Vice Captain role, one which would shape his character and build his confidence immeasurably.

Having an identical twin brother and being born into a family of 5 sports addicted boys playing AFL and cricket as a youngster, Shane Evans had to learn early in life, 'if you lack determination you come second'.

After completing a University Degree in Marketing/Human Resources he has occupied positions at a management level prior to commencing his real estate career in 2005. After 'cutting his teeth' in a small independent office for 3 months, Shane then worked for 4 years as a key member of the sales team at L J Hooker Coomera.

Renowned for his sense of integrity, sheer professionalism and ability to negotiate exceptional results, Shane has established a reputation as one of the industry’s most innovative practitioners. With more than 12 years of experience in real estate, he has built a loyal following of clients who appreciate his genuine concern, knowledgeable advice and results that exceed their expectations.

While experienced in every property category, Shane’s particular focus is free-standing family homes and continues to raise the bar due to his spirit, leadership and initiative in his field. Shane knows that delivering on service, offering expert advice and keeping abreast of all market trends provides his clients with a competitive edge in both buying and selling. Driven, and compassionate, he is quick to establish rapport and offers a calming and personable approach.

Shane and his wife Michelle launched Finesse in mid-2010 on the back of unwavering support from friends and family, and enjoy spending any spare time at home with their four beautiful children, Jacob, Tiara, Rita-Lily and Louella. Shane also enjoys keeping fit by running, enjoys a round of golf and is all-round sports enthusiast who is passionate about his AFL side Richmond.
